[L-014 is a Liveable Planet located close to R-001. Formerly known by names such as PYROEIS, THE RED PLANET and most identifiably, MARS, it was renamed to L-014 under the Antares Nomenclature System.]

[L-004 is currently the most largely inhabited Liveable Planet by Human Lifeforms with a population of 1.5 Billion, largely in part to its close distance to R-001, where the majority of L-004’s resources come from. While no life can exist outside the artificial biomes of R-001, these biomes are able to produce material and food in mass which is then transported to L-004.Despite hosting an artificial Ozone and Magnetosphere, L-004 remains largely a high risk, hostile environment mildly susceptible to solar winds and lower oxygen levels, making it dangerous to venture outside out of population care biomes, measured and monitored to guarantee the safety of civilians. Travelling between biomes is ill advised.]

Since the creation of L-004’s artificial Ozone and Magnetosphere, efforts to utilise the planet for habitation have been successful. However, L-004 lacks in the raw materials that had once been plentiful on R-001 even after efforts to cultivate agriculture and mining. Architecture and structural development has thrived on L-004 over recent years, advancing beyond the point of structures found on R-001. L-004, like all inhabited Liveable Planets and Resource Planets, is under the management of the Antares Committee.]
